In the Problem Framing & UX Strategy phase, I translate research into a clear definition of the core user problem, aligned with business goals. I guide the team toward purposeful design by defining experience goals, success metrics, key priorities, design principles, stakeholder alignment, and technical constraints—ensuring we solve the right problem with a focused, strategic, scalable approach.

Information Architecture & Flow Design

In the Information Architecture & Flow Design phase, I organize content and interactions into clear, intuitive structures that align with user mental models. I create site maps, hierarchies, and frameworks to reduce user friction. I also map user journeys, system states, and edge cases—ensuring seamless task completion and building a strong foundation for clarity, efficiency, and a cohesive experience.

Wireframes & Prototyping

In the Wireframes & Prototyping phase, I translate structure into interactive representations of the user experience. I use wireframes to define layout, hierarchy, and functionality—helping teams align. I build prototypes to simulate interactions, enabling usability testing and feedback. This process validates concepts, uncovers friction, and ensures the final product is intuitive & aligned with user needs.

User Testing & Validation

In the User Testing & Validation phase, I evaluate whether the design effectively meets user needs. By observing real users interact with prototypes, I identify pain points, confusion, and areas for improvement. In the Implementation & Handoff phase, I ensure a smooth transition from design to development. I provide high-fidelity specs, prototypes, and documentation to guide execution. I collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues, maintain design integrity, and support QA.
